CERTIFICATE FAQs
What is a Verified Certificate / Verified Mode?
A verified certificate is an official statement, that the learner has earned assigned course credits. It bears a photograph of the learner, a verification code and verification QR code and is cross signed by the course instructors. Physical certificate is also provided to the learner in Verified mode.
What is the Standard Certificate / Standard Mode?
Standard Certificate / Standard Mode is available in selected courses, specially elementary / foundation courses to take up the courses for a lower fee or for free in selected courses. No course credit is provided in this mode. Verification of the certificate is also not available in this mode. This mode provides an opportunity to learners to audit the course for a lower fee/ free.
Enrolment FAQs
How can I enroll in a course ?
Please create an account first. Then go to quick enrollment, select your course, fill your details and proceed for enrollment. If a fee is applicable in the course, you will be asked to pay the course fee online.
Please follow instructions carefully at all steps.
I have enrolled. How do I access my course?
Please login and go to “My account” section. and check in ‘My Course requests‘. If it is in ‘processing‘ state, please wait untill your request is completed by the system.
When your course request status is ‘completed‘. You can access your course from ‘My courses‘ tab.
Can I enroll in two or more courses?
Yes, you can enroll yourself in mulitple courses. However it is advisable to focus on one course at a time.
What are Series OR X courses?
Series courses are offered as a series of courses. A learner has to enroll in each course or in the whole series if available for enrollment.
Completion of a series course entitles a user for a special verified certificate for accumulated course credits.
Series courses are premium courses and are prepared for serious learners of the subject.
Login/ Course Access FAQs
I have enrolled. How do I access my course/ courses?
Please login and go to My Account. Here you can check your course request status, manage your profile and access the courses in which you are enrolled.
Alternately you may login directly to Academy Portal https://imaven.live and login from here to access your course. Please note that your username will remain same here also. If your password does not work here, please write a mail to care@imaven.org for the same.
You can always access all your courses from the main website.
I do not have password. How do I login?
Please check inbox of your registered mail id. System must have send you a mail to set your password OR activate your account. Complete that step first and you will have your login credentials.
